NutraWin Care began its journey with “Nutra Fast”, an exceptional wellness program designed for school children. This program focused on three key areas: improving nutritional status, nurturing mental health, and strengthening physical health.
Along the way, we had the chance to care for some elderly people. Being close to them, we felt their struggles and vulnerabilities deeply. It touched our hearts and made us realize how important it is to bring ease, dignity, and comfort to their end stages of life. This compassion became a turning point for NutraWin Care.
From these experiences, we shaped our approach around a triangle of wellness — health care, mental well-being, and social-emotional support. Building on this, we created a care plan that covers five areas of daily life:

To uphold the highest standards of care, Alifa is planning to establish the NutraWin Caregiver Training Institute—a dedicated centre for building a professional, dedicated, skilled, committed, and ethical caregiving workforce.
