Alifa Afroze is a public health and social development professional with more than a decade of experience in nutrition, child protection, humanitarian response, research, development, and community well-being initiatives in Bangladesh. Through her work with UNICEF Bangladesh, government institutions, development organizations, and community platforms, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of vulnerable children, women, families, and elderly people.
Driven by a vision to create compassionate, sustainable, and accessible care solutions, Alifa founded Nutra-Win Care — a purpose-driven social business committed to integrated caregiving, wellness support, rehabilitation, and preventive health awareness.
Under her leadership, Nutra-Win Care provides integrated, people-centered services including elderly and dementia care, critical patient and rehabilitation support, child caregiving, physiotherapy, nutrition consultation, mental wellness guidance, and home-based, hospital-based, workplace-based, and online care support. These services are designed to ensure continuous, dignified, and accessible care for individuals and families in need.
Her long-term mission is to develop a skilled caregiving workforce for both national and global demand, strengthen Bangladesh’s growing care economy, create sustainable employment opportunities especially for women, promote professional and ethical caregiving standards, increase public awareness on health, ageing, and well-being, and build a compassionate, people-centered care system. She is deeply committed, focused, and driven by the belief that care is a fundamental pillar of a healthy society.

Through expert discussions, real-life caregiving stories, podcasts, and awareness content, the platform provides practical and accessible health solutions for individuals and families.
Alifa is also working toward establishing the Nutra-Win Care Caregiver Training Institute to develop skilled, ethical, compassionate, and globally competitive caregivers capable of meeting both national and international demand within the growing global care economy.
